The Ladies Aid Society would like to invite the congregation to a course on Estate Planning on Wednesday, November 16, at 1:15pm in the 1806 sanctuary.  This course equips middle and upper middle income individuals with practical ways to plan accumulation of wealth while minimizing federal andNew Jersey estate taxes. This course is designed toacquaint individuals with the value of a professionally drawn will, the necessity of a financial power of attorney and the key provisions of a living will/medical power of attorney.

The hour-long course will be conducted by Michael Manna who is a member of the Elder Law committees of the Bergen County Bar Association.  He lectures extensively in his areas of concentration: Elder Law, Estate Planning, Senior Scams, Medicaid, Nursing Home Assets Preservation Planning, Estates and Trusts, as well as several other topics.  With an office in Ridgewood, Mr. Manna practices in New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.
